Shipping Information

Tracking and Insurance: All packages include tracking and shipping insurance. You’ll receive your tracking number once your order ships.

Processing Time: Orders ship within 3-5 business days of payment unless otherwise stated. If you would like upgraded shipping, please contact me to arrange and pay additional fees. 

International Orders:

Default shipping is via First-Class International.

If you’d like upgraded shipping (e.g., Priority), please contact me to arrange and pay the additional fee.

Import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

I am not responsible for packages after they’ve been shipped. 

 

Made-to-Order Items

Completion Time: Made-to-order pieces take 2-3 weeks to complete unless otherwise noted.

Customization: These items are sold as listed; changes to stones or design elements are not possible.

Shipping Notification: You will receive an email with tracking information once your piece is ready.

A Note on Flexibility:

I have a chronic illness that can affect my work pace. While I strive to meet the 2-3 week timeline, there may be occasional delays. If flexibility doesn’t work for your needs, I kindly recommend exploring other artists. 

 

Sold-Out Items

Some designs sell out quickly, but I’m always working on new creations!

Custom Orders

I currently do not accept custom orders or recreate past designs. Thank you for your understanding!

 

Refunds & Returns

If You’re Unsatisfied: Please contact me within 10 days of delivery if you’re unhappy with your piece.

Jewelry Return Policy:

Returns are accepted if the item is in its original condition.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. I recommend adding tracking and insurance as I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Exceptions: I cannot accept returns for items damaged due to improper care or neglect.

Alchemy Products : Due to the nature of scented and consumable goods, all Alchemy products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can make it right.

 

Jewelry Care Tips

To ensure your jewelry stays beautiful:

Avoid: Water, heat, chemicals, and prolonged sunlight exposure.

Handle with Care: Natural stones are delicate, so please treat them gently.

Aurora Opal Doublets: These are sensitive to heat and water. Avoid exposure to prevent separation.

Store your pieces in a safe, dry place when not in use.
