Jewelry

If you're unhappy with your jewelry for any reason, please contact me immediately (contact@lavenderstardesigns.com).

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. I will issue a refund as soon as the piece arrives back to me in it's original condition.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. I recommend adding tracking and insurance on return packages as I am not responsible for items that don't arrive back to me safely.

I will not accept returns for pieces damaged due to neglect.

Alchemy Products

Due to the nature of scented and consumable goods, all Alchemy products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can make it right.
