Aurora Opal Pendant

This pendant was handcrafted in my North Carolina studio.

This one-of-a-kind ring features an aurora opal and quartz doublet set in a hand-formed bezel. The pendant features a sterling silver leaf and swirl accents.

No two stones ever catch the light the same way, which makes this pendant truly one of a kind. When you hold it, you can see the fire shift with every breath and turn. That’s the part I love most about working with this material: it feels alive.

Materials

• Solid sterling silver (.925)
• Aurora opal (synthetic)
• Quartz (natural)
• Patina applied and sealed with microcrystalline wax

Jewelry Care

• Store your piece in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight
• Avoid submerging in water or exposing to harsh chemicals
• Polish gently with a soft cloth if needed — avoid abrasive cleaners
• Let the patina age naturally for a lived-in, magical look
